1. Accounts You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person. Sharing credentials terminates access without refund.

2. Licence We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for personal study for the duration of your membership. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or redistribute any question, explanation, video or cheatsheet.

3. Membership terms Pro provides 90 days of access from activation; Plus provides 180 days. Access may be paused once for up to 60 days on request. Extensions may be purchased before expiry.

4. Acceptable use Do not attempt to reconstruct, transcribe, or distribute live OAT content. Do not use the platform to violate ADA testing policy. Community posts must not contain recalled exam questions.

6. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
